Tikkod provides website design and development, web applications, and related digital solutions under agreement with clients.

The Tikkod website (including demo versions used for review) is used to present capabilities, projects, and receive inquiries.

You agree to use the website and services lawfully and without infringing the rights of Tikkod or third parties.

You must not: attack systems, collect data unlawfully, distribute malware, impersonate others, or commercially exploit Tikkod content without written consent.

Some website content is informational; the actual scope of work will be confirmed in a separate contract or quotation.

When submitting information via contact forms or email, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

You are responsible for messages sent to Tikkod and must not send illegal, abusive, or spam content.

Logos, trademarks, UI, images, videos, and content on the website belong to Tikkod or licensed parties, unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without Tikkod’s written permission.

For contracted client deliverables, intellectual property rights follow the corresponding contract.

Featured projects may be demos, portfolio pieces, or links to client/third-party systems.

Tikkod does not control all external content or availability and is not liable for damages arising from your access to those links.

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Tikkod does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every purpose.

Tikkod is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits from using or being unable to use the website, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Liability for delivered projects is governed by the separate service contract.

Fees, timelines, and scope (if any) are agreed separately before work begins.

Payment, refunds, or warranty (if applicable) follow the signed contract/quotation between the parties.

We may suspend or restrict website access if we detect violations of these Terms or security risks.

You may stop using the website at any time.

Tikkod may update these Terms of Use over time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

These Terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
