How to delete user data
How to delete or disconnect account and Fanpage data on Tikkod’s Page Management screen — including logout, unlink, and full deletion requests.
1. Overview
You have the right to request deletion of, or to stop sharing, personal data linked to Tikkod services (for example Facebook accounts, Fanpages, and related connection info).
On the Page Management screen, you can disconnect Fanpages and log out connected accounts yourself. To permanently delete all stored data on our side, please email our support team.
2. Disconnect a linked Fanpage / channel
Sign in to Tikkod and open Page Management.
Select the relevant platform tab (for example Facebook).
In the Linked Fanpages table, find the page you want to unlink.
Click the red Disconnect button in the Actions column. The system will revoke posting access and unlink that page from your account.
After disconnecting, the page will no longer appear in the linked list and cannot be used for publishing.
3. Log out a connected account
Under Connected Accounts, find the account you want to remove (for example a Facebook account showing a name and refKey).
Click Log out. This revokes the connection session and stops syncing data from that account.
If Fanpages are still linked under that account, disconnect each Fanpage before or after logging out so no leftover links remain.
4. Request full data deletion
To permanently delete all user data stored by Tikkod (not only disconnecting in the UI), email: tikkodteam@gmail.com
Use the subject line: User data deletion request. Include your login email/account name, connected platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and the refKey shown on Page Management if available.
We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable time, except where law requires us to retain certain records.
5. What data is deleted or no longer used?
Social account connection info (tokens, login sessions, linked refKeys).
Lists of linked Fanpages / channels and connection status.
Related profile data stored to support publishing (within the permissions you granted).
Some technical logs may be kept briefly for security and compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
