Log out a connected account
How to use Log out on Connected Accounts to revoke access and stop data sync.
How is logout different from disconnecting a Fanpage?
Disconnecting a Fanpage only unlinks one specific page.
Logging out revokes the entire social account session with Tikkod, including refreshing the page list from that account.
Steps
Open Page Management and select the correct platform (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
In Connected Accounts, identify the account by display name and refKey.
Click Log out (red text) next to the account.
After logout, the account leaves the connected list; dependent Fanpages may still need a separate Disconnect if they remain visible.
Request data deletion after logout
Logout ends the current connection, but historical records may still exist on our systems.
For full deletion, email tikkodteam@gmail.com with subject User data deletion request and include the refKey if you still have it.
